If your Hyundai is disabled or not drivable, your first step should be to contact Hyundai Roadside Assistance.

Hyundai provides complimentary 24/7 Roadside Assistance for vehicles within 5 years from the retail date of the

first sale.

Services may include towing to the nearest authorized Hyundai dealership, jump starts, flat tire assistance, and

lock-out assistance.

Please be ready to provide your contact information, vehicle details, current location, and a brief description of

If Roadside Assistance is not used, the vehicle will need to be towed using your insurance provider or a towing

company of your choice. Towing charges are typically the guest's responsibility unless covered by warranty or

Roadside Assistance.

Remove personal belongings, ensure the vehicle is accessible for the tow truck, and provide the keys to the tow

driver or use the secure service key drop for after-hours delivery.

Once the vehicle arrives, it will be checked in and reviewed by a Service Advisor. Diagnostic fees may apply.

Your advisor will review findings, provide repair recommendations and estimates, and obtain your authorization

before repairs begin.

You will receive updates during repairs. Once complete, we'll review the final invoice and coordinate vehicle

pick-up or towing if necessary.
