"The car I bought I saw from the road, I parked next to it. Francisco came out to see if he could help but I needed a few minutes to look at it. He went to get the keys, hoping I would be interested y the time he returned. It was love-at-first-sight and we went for a 3 mile ride. It was just too good to be true so we went for a longer ride (20 miles) on different conditions. On Sept. 6, 2012 I visited your Hyundai store to get my Hyundai Accent air conditioning repaired. This was my first visit to your store. I was very impressed with the professionalism and exceptional customer service I received from Joe Lucero, assistant service manager, Ray Baca, shuttle driver and Chris Ruis, Equus sales champion. Upon arrival, Joe Lucero greeted me with a smile and took care of getting the AC repaired. He kept me informed on the progress of the repair, showed me what failed on the fan & motor assembly and answered all my questions. He arranged for the shuttle to pick me up when the car was ready. Ray Baca picked me up and was very courteous and friendly and I enjoyed our conversation. I met Chris when I inquired about the EQUUS motorcar. (it is too fine a motor car to call it an automobile or car) Chris answered all my questions. I really appreciate that he didn't use high pressure sales tactics like your competitors do. These 3 employees delivered exceptional customer service in a professional manner which I really appreciate. You need to reward them in some way for they are worth their weight in gold to the success of your store. Finally, my impression of your Hyundai store is one of exceptional customer service and professionalism. Thank you for having employees who know how to deliver exceptional service.

"My name is Barbara, I just purchased my 5th Hyundai. I started with the small one first (before it was called Accent) When it came time to purchase a new car I went online and found my red Elantra in Farmington, NM. When it reached over 100,000 miles, I traded it in on Sonata from THIS dealership on Coors. I purchased it because Val, the sales manager said 'let's take it for a test drive' and he was closing up for the evening. Most other dealerships would have said 'you'll have to come back tomorrow'. At 58,000 miles, I traded it in on a 2009 Santa Fe. Just recently, we were in an accident, it was totaled. Because of injuries, my husband checked out every type of vehicle in the category and we ended up back at Hyundai! I started my contact with Hyundai at the online website to get information on the products available. I was impressed with the initial contact, online chat answering my questions and the follow up to schedule an appointment to meet with the sales staff at Larry H. Miller Hyundai ABQ. My sales consultant, Tony Hill was patient and understand and knowledgeable about the 2013 Elantra. He answered all of my questions, offered me the test drive and most importantly did not try to sell me something that I was not interested in, unlike other dealerships that had tried to pressure the sale. Gunny, the finance manager was thorough with completing and explaining all the paperwork and open to my wanting to finance with my credit union. The honestly and open atmosphere in answering questions from the team was impressive. I was most impressed with the total team effort from the initial online contact through delivery and meeting Dianne, as the paperwork was being completed. I felt valued as a person so buying the Elantra was a very good experience. Your organization is outstanding and I am glad I chose to take my business to you.
