Matthew was very helpful. He was enthusiastic about selling a car. I've been to other dealerships where the salesperson acted like they couldn't care less. This dealership acted like they wanted my business, I appreciated that. Kevin, in finance, was awesome. I've bought cars from him at a couple of dealerships and he follows up quickly on the approval of the loans. I also got several calls from Matthew and Kevin as well as others at the dealership, thanking me for my purchase.

I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and the people that assisted me with the process. The sales representative who assisted my husband and I, Matt Jarmillo, was extremely nice, courteous and very helpful. He took the time to make sure the car we were purchasing was the right one. The Finance Manager, David Gunther , was amazing even after all the paper work was signed, he took the time to find us a lower interest rate, Payment and re-do all of the paper work. This speaks volumes about his work ethic and dedication to making sure the customer is 100% satisfied. My experience in working with both Matt and David made me feel like I wasn't just a customer I was family. They were patient, helpful and set us at ease. They always had a smile on their face and made us laugh which to me is important as it shows they enjoy what they do, which translates to a very happy customer. Just keep doing what you're doing! "Far Above My Expectations"
I am writing to tell you of my recent experience at your Hyundai dealership in Albuquerque, NM.
While on a cross country trip to take my daughter?s 2007 Hyundai Tiburon to her at college, I experienced mechanical problems. Hyundai Roadside assistance had the car towed to your dealership since the problem occurred in Grants, NM. As you might expect, being a couple thousand miles from home, I was not only concerned with what was wrong with the car but also how I would be treated by the dealership.
I arrived with the tow truck at 5:30pm on Sunday October 10th to find the store still open. Your Sales Manager, Marcus Turano, and Sales Consultant, Raul Correa greeted me. Despite being Sunday and close to closing time they took time to get my personal information and reassure me everything would be taken care of to properly fix the car on Monday. Their Demeanor and professionalism was a big plus for me at a challenging time. Marcus arranged for your customer shuttle to pick me up at the hotel the next day and acted as a liaison with the service department. The next morning when I arrived at the dealership your service writer, Josh Baca told me what had happened with the car, how it was being repaired and when it would be ready. He to was extremely courteous and professional.
Thankfully the problem was minor and fixed quickly. As a result, I was able to complete my drive to Phoenix successfully. Your dealership?s people and actions went far above my expectations. If I lived near one of your dealerships, I would certainly be your customer. Thank you for providing excellent service at a time of great personal need. Please recognize the individuals mentioned as they were excellent. In this day and age when people look for a reason to complain, your people gave me an excellent experience which I will not soon forget. Thank you.

Dear Mr. Peters,
I wanted to take this opportunity to inform you about the truly excellent customer service I received during my recent purchase of a pre-owned Toyota Camry from Larry Miller Hyundai. Approximately ten days ago, I visited your showroom to inquire about purchase options on a new Hyundai Elantra. I was warmly and professionally greeted by Matthew Castillo. He took the time to explain the different vehicle features through an excellent demonstration of the car, and went to work on getting me a good deal. Although during my first visit we were unable to arrive at a mutual agreement, he made a promise to me that he would work on my behalf to find financing for me, and to make the deal work! Through his efforts, and that of Deana, Larry Miller Hyundai was able to get a viable financing option on my behalf. Deana was amazing, and her sense of humor helped me through what can be a difficult process of finding credit for those of us with less than stellar credit scores. Between Matthew's efforts, and her expertise, it led to a surprisingly wonderful phone call from Matthew last Friday afternoon!
When I arrived on Friday, July 30th, Matthew had done his homework, and showed me an immaculate pre-owned 2007 Toyota Camry. Matthew's intuition on type of preferred vehicle made the process incredibly easy and I trusted his ability in pre-selecting the car for me. As Matthew presented the deal that he and your Sales Manager, Val had worked-up for me, Matthew again was attuned to my concerns and needs, and went to bat on my behalf. Val was amazingly helpful, and within a matter of minutes Matthew and I shook hands on a comfortable deal with manageable down payment and it only required on trip back to the sales desk. That's Impressive!
Again, Matthew went to work on my behalf and spent time going over each document I signed carefully. By the time I met Stephanie Park in your Finance Department, I was tired (worked all day, drove down from Santa Fe); but she kept the process upbeat, and flowing for me. Frankly, in previous car buying experiences, she set the record for efficiency and courtesy.
The next day, much to my pleasant surprise, Matthew called me, and let me know that yet again your credit approval department came through! He informed me that another offer, with a better interest rate, and lower monthly payments superseded the previous one! I drove down from Santa Fe, and in a flash signed off then new documents, which saved me over $60 on my monthly payments. The entire time, Matthew and Stephanie could not have been more helpful, more personable and more efficient. I also wanted to say that it is unusual for other sales consultants to be friendly towards customers of other sales consultants, but while I was waiting for my turn in finance, I struck up a conversation with Frank. His personality and style go a long way in making the customer experience even that more enriching.
In conclusion, this has to be one of the best car-buying experiences I have encountered since I first stepped into a Buick dealership when I was 18 years old. Your team is exceptional, and deserves to be recognized as such. In an age when average service is acceptable, and the best you can expect, your dealership is a refreshing standout from other dealerships.
I want to thank you, and Matthew, Deana, Stephanie, Val and Frank for making what could have been a stressful, even negative experience into a pleasant, nearly stress-less interaction for. Of course, I will refer friends and colleagues to Larry Miller Hyundai for their next car. And I will tell them not to go anywhere else!
